Hi everyone here is a question i have. I have a 30 gallon reef long tank, I was looking at purchasing my first real coral it is a Aqua Cultured Neon Green Hammer Coral. Does my current lighting bulb combo provide the correct lighting to help this grow and have great color. I currently run a 4 bulb 39watt system with 2 10k bulbs and 2 Actinic bulbs with 4 1Watt LED moonlights. Is this enough light? and is there a better bulb combo for growth and color or is mine good too?

That lighting should be fine for any type of LPS coral. As for bulbs... that is a personal preference. I like the ATI Blue+ bulbs instead of 10k... but just my preference.

I have the same set up with 2 AquaBlue+ and 2 Actinic+ by Giesman. I had to move my green tip hammer lower in the tank to avoid bleaching.
