When I first put my liverock in the tank should i use my power compact lights or use my reg. flouresant lights and save the "life" of my PC for when i get my corals?,,,,will i still get the coralline algaes growing with the reg lights?

The fish don't need any specific light. Save the PC's for when you need them. Coraline algae depends on calcium levels in your tank, I wouldn't worry about that... it'll happen eventually.
