Lobsters in the tank??

Hey guys i was just wondering if any of you have ever had any lobsters in captivity i seen some in the tanks at walmart and thought it would be cool to keep one but i can not find any information on keeping them in captivity i know they get big and they are saltwater I have a empty 55g right now i could use Thanks Garth

Only thing I know (correct me if I'm wrong), is that they need a water chiller?

First Walmart will never have a true lobster, anything you see in freshwater is a Crayfish, even if its red or blue, its still a Crayfish.


Marine lobsters are diffrent, and there are many diffrent types, from small painted type lobsters that only get 3-4", to mammoth rock lobsters which can get a few feet (and good eatin at that)
