Indeed, Ive had pretty good lcuk with mine, shut my skimmer off months ago.
Phos and trates have been very low ever since.

The only one for sale right now is a large one for a 100 gal. A smaller nano one is being tested and will be available in 2011.

Here is the micro table saw that I use to cut the slots in the pipes:

It comes with two blades, and if you put them together like a pancake the thickness will be perfect for a 1/8 inch slot for a single layer of plastic canvas. I've cut about 20 slots and the blades are just starting to need replacing. There are other similar micro saws if you search for them ("mini table saw", etc), as well as some slightly larger "mini" table saws which get a bit expensive for just cutting pipes.

any reaso why you don't use the 18" nova lights instead of the 24" to make the box smaller? Is it because you need all the screen width you can get?

hey SM. im setting up a new tank. how would you suggest setting up a ATS that has no nutrients to grow yet? should i just leave it off till i cycle and get some fish or run it now?
