A dedicated Cichlid Pellet is good - New Life Spectrum Cichlid Forum would be ideal. Supplemented with some algae tablets every now and then, bits of green veg.

But it don't matter whatcha feed 'em if you don't get 'em a bigger tank...

Why is your tank so cloudy? I would feed them cichlid flakes

i have been using aquatech filters for awhile on my 10-14 and my 55, they're pretty decent and very quiet.
