Oh also I am looking for a fertiliser for my land plants. Any suggestions. And how do I fertilise my aquatic plants or add substrate?

Hc is dwarf baby's tears, the full name is Hemianthus Callitrichoides

uh, fish tank water. im pretty sure even the slime from gravel vacs is a good land plant fertilizer
