A seller "just wanting it gone" works in your favor. It used to house a turtle, as she now had the turtle in a 75 gal. in her basement/kids play area. This hex tank was just up against a wall and I must've sensed she wanted it outta there! I'll still have to do some work resealing and cleaning, but I think I'll end up with a nice little tank for short money.
