food in a plastic bag and some waiting usually works best. let it go in the bag and then scoop it out dont try to use the bag as a net.

Good luck trying to catch her. I took me 2 hrs and that was with no other fish and only 1 piece of rock!!!!

Hahaha! I remember having to catch my yellow tang and could he move! I thought if I removed just some of the rock that it would help. Nope! He would book to the other side in about one second. It took two of us, with a net in each hand, to get the little yellow. Took a LONG time and had to remove ALL the rock...and that was one of the few times I actually liked my rock-scaping as I can never get it back the way it was.
