Abe Lincoln Sucked
Caught ad on CL:

Nice 55 gallon tank. No stand. Was Saltwater. Has some coraline on it.
I want to use it as a FW tank for now. Can the coraline be scrubbed off without damaging tank?

He's gonna email me pics after he gets showered so I dunno what it looks like yet.

Yes, your a mixture of vinegar and water. If it's really bad you may want to soak it for a few hours. Get a good razor blade or metal algae scraper and it will come off pretty easily. You will need to be careful scraping too close to the seals. Any small areas of coraline will die off in the FW setup and will not hurt your FW animals.
