The important thing to remember is that they are completely harmless to fish and short of some kind of copper treatment, impossible to erradicate 100% in a planted tank. I mean, you aren't going to be able to manually smoosh/remove all of them.

BTW, a parasite needs a host to survive, so unless you are seeing things ON your fish then they are likely not parasites so aren't considered to be an illness.

Planaria and limpets are just things that happen when keeping an aquarium. Nothing to panic over. Limpets are just little snails and cause no harm to your fish or plants.
