speaking of air pumps

its the pump, i put it in the water...the full tubing only it hooked up and cranked up...no bubbles...ill take it back in the morning! see if thats the problem! and now i know NOT TO USE IT WITHOUT A CHECK VALVE, i wasnt going to but now i know why and definitly wont

I had mine running for quite some time with out one with out a problem before I learned what they were. If you had some near by shelf or high place you wouldn't have to worry about water siphoning out.
