Star Moss Info please

I am very intersted in getting some star moss. I would like it to cover my rocks and driftwood. Does anyone have info on it like lighting, how hard it is to grow. And if anyone knows of a quality website to get it from. Oh and is it a true aquatic plant. Thanks for your help.
