Find a supplier of fly-tying supplies and buy some small fish hooks. Most sporting goods stores don't sell anything smaller that a #12 or #14 (the higher the # the smaller the hook), but fly-tying suppliers will have #20 which is annoyingly tiny to work with. Tie it on and bait with a bit of something tough and chewy like squid and go fishing.
