If you have seen my other thread I'm building a tank stand with a plywood tank built into te base.
I'm after some help with the base that the top tank will stand on.
It's 50 inch long and supported 4 inches off each end .
the base for the tank is made from , 40x90 mm timber with piece of 20mm chipboard then 40mm of poly foam.
But the timber as twisted slightly , there is about a 1-2mm variation , do u think it will flatten out with the tank on it , a then te chipboard an poly be enough to even the pressure out?
