Tetras for Riverine Aquarium

Do any of you know any tetras that put I could in a riverine aquarium with heavy flow?
If not tetras then small schooling south american fish?

Rummynose tetras would be nice depending on tank size.

For a heavy flow, fast swimming tetras should be great; like a school of blood fin tetras.
