I bought a jar of Vinegar Eels AT A tropical fish auction and all I find inside the jar is vinegar and a piece of apple. I have strained a little bit of it and see nothing. Did they make it wrong or are they invisible to the eye? Thanks for your help.

While they are not invisible... They are still very very small and hard to see.. Try shining a light around and looking from different angles..

I agree, probably not a lot of worms yet either. Wait a while, and yes, they are very small.

The adults are kind of like wiggling peach. It's hard to see them until you have a cloud of them, and even then you have to hold it up to a light

A wiggling Peach?? They are worms. They look like little-short threads.
