Visitherm Stealth troubles

I have been replacing all of my heater with stealth..I find them to add more stability to the tank temp. and a lot less trouble than the other heaters i have. including visi therm(not stealth)

I have a ebo heater in another tank (it is a good one too)

I have had this issue with two out of three of mine. I also believe they are overheating because of the amount of water that is being demanded of them to heat. Although I did add another 200watt heater to a 30 with a tidepool 2 sump that contained a 250watt stealth and it still shuts down which causes the other heater to also shut down.

I have almost all visitherm or stealth heaters without issue, I have had problems with Ebo Jaeger ( not jaeger) being watertight. I do not (&will not) use HOB heaters.
