Breakfast was the weekday usual: Cascadian Farms Granola with a big handful of custom made trail mix.
Lunch: Fresh tomato, tunafish, fresh mozzarella diced, green olives and red peppers with virgin olive oil drizzled on. A semolina bread roll to sop it all up.
Dessert: 2 small cherry danishes and coffee.
Yeah, my desk is better stocked than some kitchens.
