I don't know what kind of algae it is, but I've had the same thing on my plants. It did seem to clear up around the time I added some amano shrimp. That was also about the time I moved them to a bigger tank, but its disappearance seemed to coincide more with the shrimp arriving. Also, it has not returned after a couple weeks since I put the shrimp in.

Might be a little bit of black-beard algae? Hard to tell. The tank looks great to me and you're doing really well if you can keep nitrates at 5ppm or less. Old (fluorescent) lamps can cause this type of algae. Too long a lights on period or the wrong color/temp range for the lamps can too.
