What to do with unwanted fish?

For the record, I was not going to flush them, the original owner was if I didn't take them. Since petsmart is out, I know the LFS will take them, ill just have to wait till I have the money to buy everything I need so I don't have to make 2 trips. Still debating stocking options. Might go 1 more loach and DPs. Or maybe guppies for the kids, or maybe just a beta.....or.....lol
