I hope not guys. Like all my fish, I got them from reputable local breeders/importers so it would be very dissapointing if they were. What indicated hybrids Pitt?

Their head shape and color they are too gold looking but this may be a camera angle type flaw as well..

Yours look like they have a small beak for a mouth..



The Johanni above has a more rounded mouth.. But still i could be wrong. Just my opinion..

IMO, their color is typical of females M. johannii; so, this case remains as a mystery for me.
