Gunner...my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family during this time. I am still trying to cope with the loss of my father from this terrible disease. Hard to believe it's been almost a year now.
I just read this and admire the dedication and commitment that you and your daughter have displayed. Oh how do I know how hard this is. I pray for peace and comfort for you all. All the hospice care was great. The hard part is going from treating to caring.
I do hope that she is at least back home or able to be so. Surround her with family and friends as much as possible. It will make the journey that much easier. She knows she's loved and being with her is the most important thing.
