I have two fancy goldfish who I've placed into my 10g tank temporarily (they will be moving into a 50g tank within the next week). The tank has been properly cycled and all of the levels are showing up fine, but something is off.
I just added them into this tank today. They have it all to themselves with a plant and a nice nook to hide in. I had two black moors in this tank before I brought in these two and I ended up having to take them back to the store and exchanging them for the ones I have now because I thought that they were acting odd.
So the pair is kinda chilling on the bottom of the tank with no noticeable fin clamping. I did feed them but they didn't seem interested. Any ideas as to what might be going on? They came from the same tank and seemed to be paired with one another which is why I chose them, so I've kind of ruled out "fish heartbreak".
