I just use normal Calcium pills that you buy in the vitamin section. I use about half a pill (they're large) in 1 batch of jello. The garlic is just Garlic Powder from the herb section at your grocery store. Pretty cheap and it definitely kills the fishy food smell in the jello. LOL
