Mafia #6.....The Play

You know what. I have to put Dangerdoll high up on my Mafia list... She went ON and ON about CL in this post and then says she made a typo and goes with DP (immediately after this post). She also accused CL of being dead before he was dead, maybe a slip by a mafia member who hasn't been able to play much and got ahead of herself?

Not saying DD isn't mafia, but I don't buy your reasoning. When I read this post, I saw that she mentioned something like 'complaining about the number of pages,' and knew she was actually referring to DP. As she corrected herself pretty quickly, I'm not going to read too much into this one.

Anybody who has played mafia w/ CL and DP could see how it's easy to make this switch. Both kind of post then head out for longer than average periods of time, and both seem like 'fun-lovers' who make silly posts at times.

Like I said, I'm not saying that DD ain't mafia, just that this post wouldn't be a reason for lynching her.

**Sigh** I suck wagon this round. Yeah I imagine I look like a shining beacon of Mafia, so I fully expect to pick up some votes today. Thing is in hindsight Ice tried everything he could to warn us short of announcing he was Doctor.

jpappy: Day 1 voted DP, then switched to Mad. Voted for HN but retracted, Did not end up voting on Day 2; placed a last second vote on Ice to swing the majority, been playing in the shadows all game.

All I can go on is how people are acting HERE AND NOW in this game. I didn't play in the other games and although I did skim through some of the last game, I admittedly didn't see a whole lot of point in reading it except to get a general feel of the way the game is played. Since people are going to be lying and hiding and sneaking around and trying to appear as guiltless as possible it just didn't make much sense to me to put stock in past games, the way people act anyhow. It's all different each game, depending on the role.

All I can say is Mad, I really hope you aren't Innocent because I just can't trust you. I get such a mixed reaction to your posts that I just can't bring myself to follow your lead for anything. I actually wish I'd been lynched or hit because I can't seem to bring enough facts to light to convicne anyone about any of my hunches and its so very frustrating =(

I am going to cast my vote and just see what happens over the next day. I will be heading out of the house shortly to go have a root canal done and so I probably won't be on much today.

I could be persuded on Jpappy, guy's been gunning for me all game, which is fine. But, like you said, it's been from the shadows.

We're screwed and have been totally played the whole time. Ice, what the heck was with the Mike thing and why so aggressive as the doc? Dangerous.

Detective, I hope you found out something usefull.

If we lynch another innocent and the vig hits an innocent accidentally, then we lose tonight. Otherwise we have two nights.

Ogre, please explain the lists above and why there's a gap in between the names and what each group of names is supposed to represent. If you're a townie, you're not being very helpful at the moment.

That seems a bit much like the pot calling the kettle black to me. You started the whole DP train and then bailed at the end and jumped onto the Ice train.

To be honest. I am not sure about you Plant...but I have a very strong feeling that Ogre, Mad, Z are all Mafia and because of their reputations it is pretty easy for them to manipulate everyone else. Between those 3 they sure do make the town run in circles. So many people suspect at LEAST 1 if not all 3 and yet we still haven't been able to get rid of any of them.

I feel like either Ogre or Z has got to go tonight and I am willing to vote for either one, I chose Ogre because I had already voted for him and I think he does a lot of harm to the town as far as causing confusion.

Ogre, just as you know that I'm mafia, you also claimed to know who the Doc was...you must've seen this coming. In hindsight, Ice really was telegraphing the fact that he was the doctor pretty loudly.[/

Your game is way off this time around, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. The more you go on, the more I think that you MUST be mafia. I'm hesitant to join a train on you though. RB says something like 'not all voting for Ice were mafia, but that some were just as much to blame as those they were trying to exterminate.' Leads me to think that the engineer of the Ice train (you, Ogre) may be innocent. Also leads me to believe that RB might be saying that the mafia has been out to discredit Madcrawdad from the beginning, and now you are too... who knows? maybe I'm reading too deeply.

Vote for me then. I already said I looked Mafia. What else do you need? Is this because I've got both of you on my probable Mafia list or because you are Mafia and are trying to set me up? Plant to be fair you are on my list because of the Snitch list, I don't hold too much weight on it though, but Swayde has been all over the map this game. I seem to remember you slamming on Ice calling him flat out Mafia. I was more reserved, I've certainly had my doubts and now I know why. As I said in the last Round, I'm pretty good at finding power roles but have problems sorting out good and bad power roles, its what I'm trying to work on. Here's my list if anyone cares to read it. I'm off work so I will try and beat the bushes today and see what runs out.
