Mafia #6.....The Play

I vote to lynch Jpappy ... If Z does not agree or has a better candidate, I will change.

Sploke because Plantling has been really going hard after Jensons. It could be distancing, but keep in mind that Plantling was not keen on voting for Sploke (Day 4?), when Ogre and I had cast votes for him.

I thought I'd explained already why I didn't want to vote for Sploke back then. The clues in the snitch's list made him look like he might have been the vig. And even BKW agreed that's what he thought about the clue:

And since he's obviously not the vig then he's not guaranteed to be a townie. Actually I have some ideas that he may actually be Mafia. And please keep an open mind and try not to think OMG protection, or OMG distancing.

Early on day two after Coler was hit, I posted Colers list. There were only two besides me viewing the thread at the time. Ice and I can't remember who else, but then I see Sploke post something. I then ask him what he thinks about Coler's list since he was on it. And I know Sploke has explained why he was in stealth mode then, but I think he still is sometimes also. Well no biggie about the invisible thing, but didn't Ice or someone claim that's what they did when they were Mafia? Well anyway, I highly suspect that me asking him what he thought of Coler's list is the reason I landed a spot on the snitch's first list.

Additionally, yesterday he was very eager to take me up on switching over to Ogre.

And another thing is that on day 5, after BKW revealed himself I urged for the vig to come out, and didn't mean to name him, but it must have been a Freudian thing:

Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but it seems KOTD knows sploke is not the vig because they're both Mafia.

And on Jensons, since Jmax isn't the Don as I and who was it? :) thought, then the suspicions about that part is off. And her post does sorta explain why she would be off to the side being busy:

But please post a little more, Jensons. We have virtually nothing to go on and I can't get a real strong read either way. If you're an innocent, we don't want to lynch you.

So those are my thoughts on those two. If others have ideas to share, feel free.

Here's my only thought on JPappy at this point...

I do believe he's probably mafia, and his possible slip up regarding your known innocent status may be telling.

With that said, we currently have at least 2 days (today & tomorrow) until we reach possible 'game over' status again. If we lynch JPap incorrectly tonight, we need to hit mafia for sure tomorrow to stay alive.

I think that a good strategy might be to concentrate on the snitch lists: Plantling vs. KOTD OR Sploke vs. Jensons.

By concentrating on the snitch list, if we lynch innocent tonight, it's still a slam-dunk the next day...effectively, we're guaranteed at least 3 more days, and by then any new information can pop up...

Just a thought, I'll go with the town....
 
It's 6-4 right now...IF we lynch an Innocent, the Mafia hit and Innocent, it would be 4-4, game over. There is no room for a mistake.

good point....forgot that the mafia was also taking hits. maybe we could get them to agree to give us a couple of nights off?

with that said, JPap's as good as any...
