What I meant by "jumped around" was exactly what is quoted above, you only voted for a few folks but you threw a bit of guilt towards a load of people which is a very dangerous game this early on. Especially with so many Power Roles I think we have to play a bit more reserved. Yes you were #2 on DP, that gives you a bit of credibility but it doesn't make you completely absolved and Innocent.



Yes, that is fine with me for now. I think we shouldn't get caught up on one another like Sway and myself did last round. Focusing on one person doesn't help build a list of suspects.

My Top Suspects:

joander (sorry bud, it sounds like you had a full day but that also fits in with what we believe happened at Nightfall.)

bkw1982 (his willingness to die for DP, mainly just an overall feeling though)

The wautaugachicken / Malefic Connection: I know they are playing honestly that doesn't bother me as much as the fact that one wchick posts a lot and Male posts a lot less.

KOTD: For the last minute vote for bkw. If in fact bkw turns out Innocent this will IMO make KOTD look like a much stronger suspect.

your right Z. Maybe i am wrong about you, but i have lots of time (i hope)and they're are better suspects at this point. bkw or joander are the ones who must answer for they're actions last night. Sorry to knee jerk vote you, but changing my vote doesn't mean i think your innocent by any means. it just means i don't think your as guilty as others have shown themselves to be. If it's decided by the majority Joander is the alpha, then i will follow along. for now though,

I'm going to yard sales today but I want to try and get something going before I leave. I think we should look at wchicken and Male more closely. The roles were given randomly, so there is no need to assume they are both the same thing. Which gives us an interesting statistic to look at. Can we assume they are home at the same time each day? If they have two computers, which wchicken suggested earlier, I would assume they could each be on at the same time. Yet wchicken has been much more active. This is only a feeler, but

I still stick by my reasons for voting bkw. After my vote was final and since that time, his posts have made more sense and even been "helpful". I think my vote on him forced a change of ways to prove me wrong.

I am still up in the air about Joander being Alpha. I would assume that, if someone had a very long and busy day planned, that person would be sure to get an attack vote sent in to Ogre early, just in case. It wouldn't even matter if it was someone important/experienced or a low-post newb, because it would still mean that an innocent would be killed.

if you want to join a game that you can both play with no suspicion cast upon you, i suggest you join our free NFL pick'em league. Malefic already has.
It's easy. You don't even have to know much about football. You just pick which teams you think are gonna win each week. When my wife can't decide between two team she picks the jersey color she likes best. One season she called out to me, "Who should i pick hun, Houston or Indianapolis?". "Indy", i hollered back, annoyed she would ask a dumb question like that. "But i like Houston's jerseys better". Even more annoyed i proceeded to point out Houston would never beat Indy and only an idiot would bet on that. Indy won, but didn't cover the spread. Thank god she never pays attention to the spread and i was able to say, "see Houston lost". Now back to your regularly scheduled program...

I don't understand why anyone would want to vote for anyone but Jo or Bkw?

I'm more positive that Bkw is wolf, I wouldn't risk my life on someone I wasn't sure about. I would risk my life if we were on the same team and the person I was protecting wasn't as highly noticeable. I think the don't bother with low posters/quiet people plus the fact that he tried to tie the vote to go random seals the deal.

If it went random Bkw dies,we see he is wolf and see he voted DP then we forget about DP, DP slides back into the woods. If DP dies and shows wolf we assume Bkw is innocent and thank him for risking his life and throwing that vote on DP.

No one is convincing me to choose anyone but Bkw or Joander. The others are less important to me vote wise. Not saying we shouldn't spotlight them and get some answers but in the end the votes need to be on Jo or Bkw.

If we can figure out Jo is Alpha he is the one that needs to go, since he is the only one that can investigate. I'm also going to assume no investigation was sent in if not hit was.

my thoughts on current theories:

A: i wasnt defending DP i was making a point about power roles. if you go back and read my post and not wht ppl say then you see that i was bringing up the point that the quiet ones are usually role players, based on my experiance as a role player. At the time it was not only Dp everyone was looking at but also lady G and kotd as quite players.

B: If me and DP were on the same team and if it was between me and him why would i protect him? especially since he wasnt active? wouldnt make more sense for me to allow DP to go the chopping block without risking exposing myself?

Failed Wolf Kill:
A: I dont think it was a priest protect, unless ogre complete changed the format, it would stated at night that whoever was protected by the priest/doc.

B: It was more likly one of two options. Either the Alpha didnt send in a vote due to unforseen reasons, or someone was wolfafied.
1. If someone is wolfafied we have no way of knowing, unless we try
to figure out who they want on their team.
2. If it was a failed hit we need to look at the ppl who were absent.
a brought up that we need to look not only at teh ppl who came in
late, but those who left early and never came back.

I answered this one. DP flys under the radar, he would be forgotten about before you would be. You are a higher profile player.

I'll have to check the rules again but I think in the signup thread I had asked that question and the answer was that we'd only know of a death and nothing else, no save by the Priest or non vote.

Bah, on my coin vote. I believe either way I was going to get a wolf, the silver doesn't lie. How could I be trying to save a wolf by voting for a wolf?

did i miss the post where we abandoned the idea the priest prevented the hit?? is it decided the hit was not pm'ed??
again im on your coattails but i thought of that scenario as well. bkw and DP were both on the block. once it became apparent that one or the other was "leaving the island" because the Charlie wagon was delayed, BKW decided to create the illusion of innocence for whoever would remain. I wonder if DP was even bothering to IM with her teamates off thread. More work remains, but i am willing to vote joander if the consensus is she's alpha.
