I had alot of micro bubbles in my tank. they were coming from the dripping in my wet/dry. so I solved the problem using my old Lego blocks...hahaha

what I did was build a small platform that fitted perfectly under my dripping plate, where my water return pump is located. I still have some micro bubbles, but alot less now.

wow, I never imagined those Lego blocks would come in handy.

lol, I saw a photo somehwere where a guy had made a lego rock/castle for the fish. Dorky looking thing in a marine tank but I've seen worse.
hahaha, I've seen ugly decorations before...but a Lego thing-a-magig in a marine aquarium, or any aquarium for that matter...is probably the ugliest decoration ever.

at least my Lego "platform" is in my wet/dry, in the back of my tank far from sight. lol

lets see a pic of this lego stand lol, i might need to make one! =)
I tried to take a pic with my cell phone, but the results aren't that good. we can't really see how the "platform" is fitted under the dripping plate.

basicly, it's a Lego board that I cutted to the dimensions of the dripping plate. I added 4 legs to hold the board. and that's it.

the water from the wet/dry's dripping plate falls directly on the Lego board, slowing the flow to the surface of the water in the return section of the wet/dry.

Simple, yet absolutely brilliant. Innovation is the key. Instead of wasting money on DIY materials you came up with a simple and effective solution to a problem.

Now....where are my legos?:look:
