lol, from what i have read about paypal, they have much bigger problems than the website going down for a minute.
WHERE did i say it wont go down due to money...it comes up fast DUE TO MONEY. They can pay the techs. Nothing is impossible this i know. It would be down alot MORE if it wasn't for the $. $ Keeps it up 99.9% of the time.
Take this site for example if someone really wanted to they could target it and i can guarantee it can fall for long periods of time would take $ to keep it up in one way or another .
