I just know the vamps are getting a kick at that staking right now. They got us good. I was afraid of some of the names on JL and as soon as we voted MM I saw the same ones move over. DD I am pretty confident that you were Innocent at least up till Night. Now the list resets again, grrrrr, blast you Ice! Lady and Sway I lean Innocent as well but didn't really like the way you all just followed DD and myself. We have to be very careful of being too trusting of anyone because one day they could be your ally and the next your enemy. Heck just look at pappy last round, went from an Innocent PR to an event minion. I'm just leery of Mad's "bandwagon" idea or of any conglomeration of votes.
Z, I understand your hesitation regarding the bandwagon idea. Unfortunately problems may develop when you have lurkers. People can just park votes, ride them to the lynch, and then say they were too busy to unvote, etc. EVERYBODY would need to be pretty involved with the game.
I think that bandwagons, though, could prove somewhat useful in rooting out scum. Whether a bandwagon leads to a lynch or not, at some point you might know a person's status (vamp v. village) who was at least questioned by the angry mob. Once that's revealed, you'd be able to look back on the bandwagon to see who got on the bandwagon vs. who stayed off. Of those getting on, who pushed the hardest, and who didn't push much at all....things like that might prove helpful in identifying alliances.
Keep in mind that the bandwagon idea is more to be used as an information gathering tool as opposed to a lynch tool. People would need to be able to move votes pretty quickly (usually to unvote a person who seemed to pass the test). Problem is that it's usually pretty hard to get folks to quickly move their votes.
