Zombies -- Mafia #11

oh, great poster number 35 is... of course, rb... geez man. Did you do that on purpose.

Right now, we have the edge on power roles... 2 zombies to the doc, sheriff, and BG. Mutant is too weird, but maybe could be used to change a zombie back to human if we can identify the zombies... but the sheriff is useless until turn three... and so is the doc

So basically, the zombies have us by the short and curlies cause they can do anything they want and we can't do jack. RB, we are going to have a serious discussion behind my house with a baseball bat and your knees.

OK, Coler's in super paranoid mode, but he's also most probably a zombie or soon to become one. I'd almost rather just lynch him and have him gone than working for the zombies. OK, the first zombie turns are random... that's goofy too cause we can't predict.

Ice is right, we have to be prepared to lose either of the top two vote getters too.

I don't even know where to start.

edit : all the above, and the zombies show up as innocent for 2 days...so the best hope is that the sherrif finds out a power role or two, and can steer us clear of them if we look like lynching them early on...in fact this of course may cause us confusion later if they have been turned. I'm calling the sherrif power as essentially weak at this time for those reasons. Another factor in why these first couple of days will be tough for the norms.

Coler, this post concerns me....

By suggesting that the sheriff even consider 'steering' the town's lynch on days 1 or 2, it almost looks like you're fishing for the sheriff.

Playing out in the open, by trying to guide the town, could leave the sheriff open to a zombie kill (or even worse, turn). Keep in mind that although you say that the sheriff is currently 'weak,' the sheriff would prove a very valuable addition to the zombie team.

If the sheriff were to be turned:

- the doctor would likely be turned/killed next, as the sheriff and doctor know each other's identities. (if the doctor is turned 1st, the sheriff goes next)

- the zombies would get an immediate investigation, and on and after night 3 would receive 2 investigations (1 sheriff, 1 czar)

For these reasons alone, the sheriff and doctor need to play their cards pretty close to the vest. A zombie turn of either the sheriff or doc would prove disastrous for the town....the town would be better off just lynching the power role as opposed to the sheriff even giving a hint of who they are.

The only time that I would suggest the sheriff consider giving any information, is if they're about to be lynched (or they have a lot of zombie names and are afraid they may be turned/killed). Not to save themselves, but to help the town after they're gone.

Also remember that the doctor can only protect the sheriff for 1 night, so an 'outed' sheriff is a bad thing to have....

darn, innocent again.

let the wierdness continue - great set-up rb.

I, by the way, am a normal. This means most likely I will shortly be a zombie. Why ? Because if I was a zombie czar I would say to myself mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I want some of that gigantic Irish guiness-sozzled brain served fresh with a good chianti and some portobello mushrooms.

Hands off my brains you freaks !

If you want to start looking at out of place things the very 1st posts are mysterious to me.

Why would Charlie post darn innocent again when he knows in the past we considered that a screw up? Could it be that he has played so often we know he knows and that we'd think it was a joke? Does it automatically make us think he is innocent?

Then Coler does the same thing basically. 1st post is about how he is innocent but assumes he'll be turned. Why even put it into our heads that you're innocent?

Anyone here want to come out and say their evil? I assume everyone if given the choice would post I am normal and I guess because they posted it that we're supposed to think they are.

Then the last post about the Sheriff worries me a little bit too.

:p: Sorry, but in my defence I wasn't evil the WHOLE time...Wanna go hid out together now??:22_yikes:

I'm kinda thinking that would be a little bit too distracting for the guys =)

I vote to lynch Coler because he's the only person who's posted so far that doesn't have a zombie related avatar.

*Disclaimer* This vote is highly subject to change as the day progresses.

Doh! Just realized Ewurm's isn't a zombie one either.

Wow, making a "slide-show" sure takes a while...I posted it in the pic thread if ya want to see our day in the park...see I'm normal no zombiness to me:)

LOL!!! Well if they are real nice and pass the zombie test...btw how do you test for zombiness??? Maybe they can come hid out with us:lipssealedsmilie:

Sooooo if I say I'm EVIL you will know I'm innocent????

Neither is Charlies lol....skimming???? LMAO

Guilty! I just got back from Cracker Barrel and I ate way too much so I just quickly skimmed through all the posts I read earlier, read the new ones, updated my spreadsheet with the order of the people who've posted since before I went out and decided to comment. It seemed like a good idea at the time.
