He's already built a huge bubble nest in her honor and she's turned from white to pink... must be love!

I'm a betta n00b so to be quite honest I don't have a clue what she is but my youngest male seems to think she's compatible so who am I to argue! :huh:
The older male is not at all interested in her but then again he's not interested in the other 2 females either so thats not a helpful observation at all.
I'm attempting to breed them out of curiosity sake - 2nd attempt - the first ended in tragedy after I left the male in the tank for 2 long and he wiped out all the fry overnight...
i hae a male betta with the same color. when they're pale notice their eyes i have one with blue eyes and one with brown and blue eyes

Heres a first view of Chailai and Chaing's fry - hatched yesterday and very very difficult to photograph... Mom got a bit beaten up in the process and I took her out of the tank a bit too early but she's recovering in a tank of her own now and doing fine!
