I keep seeing these things poking out of the rock work, every day it is in a different rock. They are black and white striped and either spikey or hairy. Are they brittle star arms? Are there any bad brittle stars? It is very hard to get a good pic, this is my best one so far - it is just below where the leather is attached to the rock.
You should. Keep an eye out during these times:
When you feed the fish.
When you add coral/live rock.
When you do water changes.
Sometimes a few of them will be on my zoanthid rocks. They don't like when I pick up the rocks and move them so they will try to get off the rock I am moving.
