I retract my vote for Charlie.
I think we may be shooting ourselves in the foot here folks. Ogre said in the sign up thread that roles this game would be chosen at random, I will take that at face value and assume a random number generator was used. Now look at who was killed on Day 1. Ice. They chose Ice, and we lynched Lady G. King quit, and DP died a mysterious death. No power roles were lost. Ice wasn't hammering down suspects like normal, I actually had him on my list leaning Mafia. Why would an experienced Mafia hit someone the Town suspects? Sure, it could be reverse play, but I am beginning to think we have a very inexperienced team of Mafioso's this round that are just planning to take out the most experienced players. The resulting vacuum makes us all go at each other over the littlest details. Who knows maybe Mee-Mee is the Don, it might explain her lack of posting. But should we lynch her if she is going to die mysteriously tonight? I am waiting on her to show up, she has to vote if she wants to live.
JM, plant, I understand what you are trying to do by holding your vote, but it also looks like you are waiting on the rest of the town to make a choice before you join in, that way you can share the glory or divide then blame without commiting early yourself.

These are the folks that concern me, the ones who don't post much and fly under radar very often. Hence my vote on Ewurm.

Am I an Ace or a Slacker (or low poster)?
I am fairly sure that the roles are random, so what ever popped up had Ogre's attention enough that he thought it would be interesting.
I am thinking that there were atleast two players that got his attention to make such a statement. Ogre has not played in some of the recent games and I am unsure if he watched.
Looking at the list, I am not sure who being mafia would make the game anymore "interesting" than anyone else.
As far as having me leaning mafia, I am used to it and would not want it any other way. It is the people that do not have me leaning mafia I am most suspicious of.

wait a minute. What is the deal with rushing the votes out? Last I checked, there are still several hours to go, and still discussions going around. When we rush our votes out, we are accused of trying to form a train. When we are late, we are train jumpers. If we throw out a vote, and it's subject to change. That's not set in stone anyway... so what good is it anyway? If there is enough info on someone ese, I may change it. But for the record, I don't get it. I have listed my suspicion and stated who I may end up votng for and I have never ever missed a vote yet and find it peculiar that I am being rushed for it.
If I must put my vote out, at least I guess I will say it's subject to change or it may not. My vote is to lynch Sovran at this time.
If I was going to pick a "slacker" Mafia team I would choose ewurm, Mee-Mee, Sovran, judgemax and rbishop?
If I was going to pick a "powerhouse" Mafia team I would choose HN, Charlie, swayde, plantling, and johnlarson?
I personally feel the list is closer to the "slacker" scenario than the "powerhouse" but that list doesn't feel 100% correct. There may be one really experienced player, who may or may not be the Don, leading a team of 3 or 4 lesser experienced players. The two players other than myself I left off those lists are pappy and DD because I really haven't a clue how they fall.

It would make sense to keep Ice around.
This needs to be taken into consideration. I have said in past games, it is important to learn from who they mafia hit and did not hit.
Why was Ice taken out? Ice is normally a leader and often a suspect. Mostly for his leadership roles. Did he make someone nervous? Was it just because he was expierenced?
I am fairly sure all of our non-voters will vote. Did Dangerdoll vote yet?

I was on a "powerhouse team" before, we were hosed by the snitch list and the detective.
I can't recall everyone on that team. I do know that at one point plantling named us all. What I enjoyed about that team is that we all particapated in the hidden thread and posted what we were thinking about. We did not have any crazy plans and were smoking the town for the first 4 days.
No one is asking you to rush a vote DD, just to remember when Night is and to give the rest of us time to process all the data. If everyone waited until 1 hour before Night to vote it would be a mad house as we would all be second guessing ourselves and trying to figure out where the Mafia might be piling their votes. The way I see it right now the Mafia have a large enough percentage that they could sway our vote if we don't pull together, certainly that will be the case if we lose any more players to lynches or mysterious deaths.
