to be honest, if your getting all these problems with it, it does come to the point where you should dump it and go with another security product....

Cool, maybe I will check that one out for now until I can buy another and just get rid of Norton now. That's what I hate you spend all this money on these stupid things then have problems with it!

Eh, I used to have norton and still ended up getting viruses all the time. I swicthed to OPERA internet browser (from IE) and all my problems went away.
OPERA isn't made by IE, just looks like IE.
I use Firefox, best browser I've ever used.
Someone at work was talking about foxfire, they liked it alot but said there were alot of things they couldn't do??
I haven't ran into that problem myself yet though my kids say sometimes they do.
OPERA is a good one but for IE type I might try MOZILLA. I hate IE. I don't like the look feel or the security bugs and packages you have to DL daily.
What I like about Firefox is the add ons and extensions. You add what you want, no forced acceptance.

I agree, been using AVG for 5 years, ever since I saw it on Screensavers.
And Firefox is also a lot better then IE. Then add ZoneAlarm and your set, except for some other shareware clean up tools.
