Ice, you say I'm acting suspiciously? You have gone against two things you said previously (within the first 24 hours). You have made some pretty wild assumptions. They may be valid, but without some more proof, I can't help but thinking you are jumping blindly.

I think everyone is acting crazy right now.

No one except Coler has really discussed the team/unknowns dynamic of the game so far. IMO, the teams will really be standing out and the unknowns will be hanging back trying to figure out who to vote for.

I think it should be pretty obvious that the teams will try not to vote for the same people in order to disguise their team so I look at followers in this game as people who either have really good reasons or are thinking that the person they are following is of the same team they are.

At this point, I vote to lynch Ice for confusing the issue, doing multiple things he said he would not do, and just because he's mafia. My second top pick would be DD.

It reminds me of the Rebel game where bkw, a fellow CIA posted under a different sign on and was caught by King. Hmmm, it is odd that Weezer would deny making that post also. But I'm more alarmed by the votes piling on Brains 2. Some of those votes are only because pple do not trust an unknown player as opposed to known players who could also easily be Mafia. Will wait to see what develops.

I think what we can look for at this point is distancing from the mafia and possibly townies who can communicate. It is too early for mafia to go for block votes, so voting patters somewhat interest me less unless they are linked with 'analysis' or arguments.

This is a very rough summary of the thread :

Charlie Stubbs votes for HN but not in bold
Charlie then votes ice
Cap cave then votes ice
Charlie votes for cavey
DD and Plantling are posting/commenting but saying not much
Ogre does some point by point analysis casts suspicion at Ice (I think this is distancing for good or evil)
ZS votes plantling but says its not his legitimate vote
HN votes Ogre
jonader votes brains2
judgemax votes Lady G because Lady G fooled her once and won't again...but Lady G has not voted yet...(I think this is distancing btw, for good or evil again)
bkw votes for Charlie

My best mafia suspectsmight also include Plantling at this point. There are I understand no town power roles so no reason for townies to be trying to hide in the background and Plantlings posting so far has really contributed nothing.

However I have no vote at this time.

First of all, I did mention that I would be busy this weekend in the sign up thread, but I would at least have time to read posts and put a vote in. I will vote prolly tonight or early tomorrow, depending on what transpires. But the other thing I wanted to say about this post was that Ogre would not have been encouraging votes on Ice after two people voted for Ice if it were distancing. Also Ice's vote is the second on Ogre and with the votes so spread, this would be too dangerous for distancing IMO. If one or the other is Mafia, I would say Ogre is. It's not pro town to say any townie is expendable. If the Mafia's numbers are great enough they could easily sway votes.

Nice point there, King.... Ogre's explanation detailing of what the mafia/unknowns should be looking for is very telling.... what a way to give a clue out Ogre!

certainly seems like he was notifying his fellow mafia compadres, like i said....why feel the need to post something like that?...they probably had a discussion, and had an idea to give a clue out to the unknowns, while making it seem as though he is warning the townies of this.

Coler- I appreciate your analysis, but I am curious... why claim innocence and why only use a emotional word when referring to me "attacking" Ogre.

Would this classify as "Coler defends Ogre" on your list?

I do believe the post itself shows that Weezer and Brains 2 are the same person so you can think its an assumption if you like but the proof is there. Are you trying to protect Brains 2?

I'm not going to sit here and argue with Brains or Weezer about his screw up.

The post is 73 and can also be seen in 81 and you can see Ogres screwup of the post in 90 where he thinks he is attacking me but is actually answering JL and Joanders statements.

You guys take from it what you want. You either believe it or don't.

Come clean Weezer Brains2. I had no real suspicion of you until you tried to hide the fact. If you had come clean I wouldn't suspect you right now. It was an honest mistake you made but hiding the fact looks suspicious.
