you know, as I read through, I am really tempted to vote for either JL, dd, OR lady G, Those are my top three, JL fooled me quite badly last game, then comes out RPing, which is a huge change?..(very funny, however, very troublesome)

DD has been off this game, and by off I mean, back to her normal self, which by normal, I mean every time she is mafia normal, And Lady G, Although, I agree with some of your posts, and points, you seem to really be digging, you actually have to be really excited this game, because you accuse DD of voting for brains three times, when 1 was actually an un-vote, and the others we either originally placing, or replacing. not like you to make such a silly mistake, but you even emphasized it there...I am surprised I am the only one who caught that though?

and This has been driving me nuts for several games, what is an OMGUS vote?...

it is possible they could be on different teams, i'm willing to bet one did not know the other was mafia.

ogre's play was a bit off, sometimes he makes for a good mobster..but this game..as soon as i saw his "clue" to the other mafia..i knew he was mafia..

the whole thing with brains is still confusing to me, but i understand the concept of it. i'm not sure what to think of it yet..i don't really get a mafia vibe from his posts...but..other than him being weezer..there is still something off.

i don't think z is playing as his usual self either..something i have noticed with his play..he tends to post more, stay in coversations, and help the town out well when he is innocent..while when he is evil..he posts less..obviously...and doesn't really do much to overshadow his dark secret....just an observation.

i don't know about anyone else..i'm torn with my vote as of right now..

I'm thinking Ogre and Brains weren't on the same Mafia team, also. I think Ogre merely saw the Wheezer/Brain situation as something he could nail Ice on. If Ice were lynched and found Mafia, then it'd make Ogre look good to the townies. If Ice were lynched and found innocent, then the Mafia have an upper hand start as they get a hit in tonight and we don't. They could then sway the voting pretty easily.

I don't have a problem with the Wheezer posts and even that the person signing on as Wheezer and Brains are most likely one and the same. I can respect that Brains needs to stay anonymous. What I have trouble with is that they would intentionally cast suspicion on the person that caught them at it. Even going as far as to say Ice must have fabricated the whole post.

Z, are you reading the thread??? HN posted he was voting you because Ogre has stated he thinks your innocent. I posted that i disagreed, and it was possible Ogre was trying to plant roots to you. Where did I follow HN??? Where did i follow anyone for that matter??? If you weren't skimming you might have noticed i didn't "follow" the town onto Ogre, I built a case for him and then changed my vote.

I, too think Z hasn't been reading the thread. And I agree w/King that Z is playing differently from when he is a townie.

Also, I may be wrong, and we'll see at Games end, but I believe that Z might be on the same Mafia team that Ogre was on. Ogre may have been trying to send out a "message" to other lone Mafia that he and Z were Mafia and both on the same team. So their team maybe can communicate, but Z seems to be confused, though it could be from not knowing how to reach the others. While running scenario's in my mind, I could easily place CCMan in that group as well. Z said I was tsk tsk'ing CCMan for his vote on Ice when Z voted for me.

I agree w/JL and LG being Mafia suspects, but DD usually hides and only comes out to defend while she's Mafia.

I did catch that LG mistake where she said DD voted for Brains a 2nd time when in fact she was unvoting him. It seems LG is flustered. Could it be that she doesn't want to lose Brains, a team member?

Oh, LOL, OMGUS stands for Oh My God, U Suck. It's sometimes associated with when someone votes you and you vote them back, an OMGUS vote.

Here is where i stand on Brains2.

If you were told to remain anonymus i can respect that. You must do what you can to remain anonymus. However, at the time RB told you to remain anonymus, he didn't anticipate you would get caught in the manner you did.

If it is against the rules to admit the obvious truth that is one thing. However, to cast doubts and implicate the one who made the discovery is shady to say the least. At this point, your only alternative would be to pm RB and ask for permission to reveal the truth. Implicating Ice in an effort to cover your mistake does not help the town. If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.

Guys I told you I was gone all weekend. I'm playing differently because I've not been playing. I do want to help the town, and yes I've been useless. It sucks being so outspoken as when I am really busy I can't relax at all or I get ran on a rail for it. Guess I should of sat this round out, but I really do want to play. I'm sticking to my suspects. brains, plantling, charlie. If plantling is Mafia I believe CCM is as well. We have to be careful though, because there is a Townie team as well. I don't feel Ogre was in the communicative Mafia group, and he tried too hard to let them know who he was.

Plantling, you mentored CCM, it was pretty clear to me. Maybe it was altruistic, I'll have another look but you even agreed with me when I voted that it was worthy of scrutiny. I owe your case more attention and I'll do that tonight when I have my good notes with me. That Day 1 vote was just there to prevent me from UDing, I told you that when I placed it, but I feel there is some merit to it, it wasn't a throw away.

LG, as far as DD "mentoring" Charlie. That doesn't fly, neither has to mentor the other they are both established players. You have to overlook their sweet nothings to figure out where they fall. I don't understand why you would make so much of that. I have DD leaning Innocent right now. Time will tell.

Charlie, yep I'm reading, but I do need to reread as time permits, I promise I'll be up to speed before Night 2. Keep kicking weasels, I want to see who you think is kickable. Hell, kick me I need it.

Again, a break up of G's first post

Well, I am looking at DD. We all know she is hard to build a case on when Mafia..but I believe I've found a few things that stand out to me.

Except that Weezer was not brains it was MM and Jmax that game.

I think it was established what exactly the line up was here, G. I will admit that I didn't have the weezer brains thing exact but it's not really important this game. What is important or was, was that brains is not simply "brains" but suspected as Weezer, is denying it although it is plain to see and is reeking of mafia due to the continued denials of being Weezer.

Now, remember I have been innocent when playing Jmax, so why the question about JL and not about me...is what I was thinking?

Agreeing she does this alot, instead of making her own points she just agrees with others...happend to be about a Mafia member. Not sure if that say's anything or not, but an observation none the less.

G, I believe I am coming up with peculiar things to think about to try to root the mafia out. It seems to me more so that you are trying to find things wrong, over analyzing so to speak and in doing so, are only making yourself look more mafiaish.

Ummm..... voted twice for brains, G? I voted for brains on the first night, then unvoted him and voted Ogre. After nght, I voted for brains which I said was subject to change. Why is that so odd? Did I just catch you fumble?

She uses phrases like "I was only curious" and are you a bit "paranoid" alot when she is Mafia also.

If Brains is suppose to remain anonymous...why would he/she post why? This just seems like a very "off" question to me.

Are you serious, G.... I asked why BEFORE brains had said he was to remain anonymous and so what he said it anyhow.... How are we supposed to know if he is telling the truth with that in the first place? There is nothing in the rules of the original post by rb on this character so why the mystery..... unless you already know.

Yep, DD...now she has said nothing about anyone elses votes at this point which all seem to pretty much be random w/o reason, but CC she comments on (after someone else).

I commented on CC because his vote had no explanation and seemed quite silly if you ask me. And then his explanation was even more ridculous.

Oh, she even reminds Charlie he needs to bold the lynch switch....so Charlie has switchs votes 3 times already, yet she say's nothing about it.

Now here is Jmax first "random vote...which really I took as teasing didn't think MUCH of it, but again no real reason and DD mentions nothing.

Now DD, is questioning someones vote...why of all the random votes, vote switching and everything else that has happened so far did she pick Jmax to single out and question?
At least there is something to the Jmax vote he is playing different then normal and she noticed and said something...now I believe her to be "picking" on JL since he always votes for the RPer but DD questions her about it....WHY?
Then Jmax questions DD about why she is defending JL.

I asked Judge because her vote didn't seem to have a reason.... I was asking for clarification. I wasn't "defending" JL.

This is her response...what clues? Jmax made a random vote...as many before her had, so again why question her and not JL for his first post with a vote for Brains, or CS for changing his vote 3 times before Jmax even voted?

I question things as they stick out to me, G.... I asked for her for a reason. JL's didn't stand out to me as Judges had. Early on, votes will be as they are, people change their votes, everything. BUT when something sticks out, I have found that as a townie, any question is a good question and can bring out the mafia in people..... I guess as it is doing to you.

Then Charlie finishes up the little interaction "kinda" agreeing with DD, and adding a Howl at the end of the quote.

catching up on the thread, I think anyone 'not getting' the brains thing is going on the suspect list. Brains is still the best suspect for a lynch, no doubt about it and my vote stays on him.

It is another Monday Morning at Larson Potato Corporation. Seems like most of the breakroom chatter is about yesterdays football games, there are also talk about the greatest race (mostly from the adminstration area).

All in all, it is like most fall mornings, but then an unknown voice is heard above the others, "They lynched a mafia member yesterday."

The room falls silent, just talking about the mafia has been known to get a person killed, either by the lynch mob or the real mob. You could cut the tension with a knife.

"It was Ogre", speaks up the boss, "it was no suprise he was into something, that guy has always been bad news. Any of us that have cats know what a freak he is."

"How about that Brett Farve?", he says and gets the conversation going on a positive note.

John ponders the news, "the world is going to pot", he mumbles to himself as he leaves the breakroom.

Really Z, it appears you are trying waayy to hard to tie CCM to me. If I was mentoring him, don't you think I'd have enough sense to do it in a chatroom? I agreed w/Charlie that CCM's vote looked suspicious. Then I addressed CCM and told him if he was a Townie he needed to be careful how he voted. Also, I agreed with you that not mentioning Ice, the votee, in my post made it sound funny, but I did explain that if you read that post. No on else had a problem understanding my post that I know of.

DD opens her front door, welcoming in the sun, reflecting on the dream she had last night. She just can't seem to forget that nicely suited man in front of the Potato bulding yesterday. She thinks she spotted him looking back at her but it seems like that one day ago felt like such a long time ago, could she really be sure he was looking in at her or simply looking to see that Mee-mee had opened up her shop again. She wonders if she will see him again as she thinks of a good reason to go back into town. She could go for more eclairs, who couldn't. Maybe he will even come in while she's there..... it's worth a chance..... DD goes back in the house to get dressed, maybe something that he would be sure to notice.
