Impulse buy!!!!

I've watched Paisley dart out of the way of things before (mainly me) and he sure can move fast!!!

A friend of a friend has a Reef lobster in his tank - exactly the same as mine - and he hasn't had any problems with his.

I'll be keeping an eye out for him don't worry. I may be bad for doing an impulse buy but I'd already thought of a contingency plan when I brought him - and that is he can always go in the sump if needs be.

I specifically feed my anemone some gamma fish or mussel every couple of days so I'll give him a piece as well. He took some from me yesterday after I'd put him in and I now think I know where he hides.

Well I'm pleased to say that so far I still have a full head count. Wait for it.........

Thermidor (I know it's not very original) is doing really well and is already taking food from my grabbers (I have a big fish tank and short arms). I now know where his hide out is and believe it or not he's been sleeping bang next door to one of my Chromis!!!

Here's a piccie of his front leg!!!! (he's still camera shy!!)

Well this morning I had a bit of a shock when I found Thermidor lying dead on the sand. Only on removing his body I discovered he'd only molted which can only mean he's getting bigger!!!!!

Also thought the photo might show any newbies how lifelike an exoskeleton can look.

I was afraid to open this thread. Afraid I'd have to share tips on how to cook lobster. Glad to see all is well and great shot of the skeleton. I had a similiar scare with Ming lately. His blue and white claw and a leg was outside a hole I know a large bristleworm lives in. I told myself it was fine but then I saw one of his fans floating as well. The darn thing even molted those.

Yeah thats a pretty cool molt! I have had a care once befor with a molt... Thought it was dead but he was fine!
