First of all -- I am human , And I did feel bad for the large feeder .
AND Have never done that since :)
Piranha do not have to be hungry to eat something , its once a day like
any other fish , They need to eat .
I Warren you GRAPHIC !! I did not :liar: So its on you :perv:

Yes that is EXO in the Piranha tank . They thrive with Piranha

There is 400 $$ Worth of Piranha in the second vid , If you know your
piranha Species you may not harp on me so bad .

And the -first- vid is my amiture piranha stage keeping OF Corse we test the
waters:welcome:

You knew exactly what was going to happen with a goldfish 3 times as large as a piranhas mouth, so why do it? If your human and feel bad for the fish, then you would have bought the cheaper inch long ones in the tank right next to that large one. NOT COOL.

My black pirahna is about 5-6 inches now If I get him small feeders It takes him forever to catch them. So the they are being terrorized all week. If they make it 4 or 5 days I usually put them in my pond. I figure If they make it that long they deserve another chance?? He also eats chicken livers

What size tank is he in? My 3 are in a 75 and all the fish are gone the next morning. Now and then theres one that finds a good hiding spot, and if hes healthy he goes into my goldfish tank because hes a survivor :grinno: lol

Well then, lets sum up that video...basically, big goldfish gets dropped into the tank, full of hungry piranhas, pirahna takes a big chunk out of the goldfish tail, goldfish swims around a little bit, clearly trying to get away, then he gets bit again and now his tail is completely gone. He keeps trying to swim, only to have a chunk taken out his back, then kinda floats around, then gets another big bite taken out, and now hes got about 1-2 inches of body left but still alive, then finally a big bite comes out of his belly and hes ripped to shreds now that hes little enough to be completely killed. It was terrible, I wasn't even going to watch it but I thought well, maybe its just a little fish and it will be a quick death but this was torture, literally. I had a really hard time watching it, I had my hand over my mouth the whole time because I could not believe that that was actually happening. This was a pretty big goldfish, not just a tiny one. I'd say about 1/2-3/4 full grown. To be honest, I'm glad this video was removed, like someone stated before, their are children on here and if they see that then they'll think, well that person did it so can I.

I think it is a bad video but you guys were not really forced to watch it... I'm not really sticking up for him but it was not mandatory to watch...

Nicely put, Andrew.:) But the whole video is indeed inappropriate, it may not be mandatory but a lot of us have curious minds and ended up watching them in shock.

even though i didn't like it, you did nothing wrong, quit apologizing. you posted a disclaimer and thats the end of it. the PETA freaks are chasing you now, get a big stick and forget about it. you broke NO rules of this forum, only later after people whined, did your link get deleted - shameful

I'm not a PETA freak.

Try and keep the thread open Nemo.
