Mafia 17: Vampires

rbishop feels ready for the next impending nightfall. You can never get too prepared too early, is what his grandfather always said.

Though cumbersome, the rope belt tied around his waist, with the heavy sacks of rice and poppy seeds, could be the lifeline to safety. A simple tug at the slip knot will let the bags fall to the ground and burst open. Everyone knows how the vamps can not resist stopping and counting them. He even has an extra bag or two, in case he comes across a coffin of a sleeping vamp, to delay their ability to exit.

He needs to hurry home and prune the rose bushes surrounding his abode, laying fresh rose thorns at all points of entry. And fresh garlic pasta for dinner!

Umm, what makes you think you aren't a freak? Long eyeteeth, pale whitish skin, an aversion to sunlight, a preference for bloody rare steaks, etc... J/K, would love to see pic's sometime.

LOL. Well the pale skin may be true since I haven't been out on the lake since my buddy's boat got stranded a couple months ago, but my steaks have to be at least Medium.

I'll get some in awhile, I've got the lights out for now (and no, my fish are not vampires). Thought I'd say that before Kooly jumped on it. lol

Lady G slowly gathers her set of silver dinning ware, thinking of all the Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter Dinners that they have been used for, preparing to take them to Jpaps blacksmith shop. She looks up at the crucifix hanging on the wall, as she makes the sign of the cross, she quietly says please protect me.

Thinking of what she still needs to do to aid in protection, let's see she thinks to herself...checking in the drawer of her vanity yes, the necklace with the crucifix is still there, she slides it over her head and puts it on. The vial with holy water is there but empty, she will have to stop by the church and get it filled on her way. Garlic is hung on all the doors and windows. She will also have to stop over at DD's and see if she has any stakes left since DD told her she could have a couple.

Found something interesting, thought I would share it with my fellow townies. I will be tying lots, and lots of knots and putting them all over the place I think along with some knots in my cloths and making a necklace full of knots!!

Before Lady G heads out to make her dreaded trip to Jpaps, she just can't stand the thought of loosing her family heirloom. She makes the trip up to the attic for the books she had tucked away. Under a pile of boards and dust she finds...OMG she can not believe she forgot she had these....three Vampire killing kits!

Ok, guy's can we talk about Strategy here. The likely hood of us actually getting a Vamp the first night are so terribly low, we have 2 vamps right now..the Lead and whoever the LV decided to be his/her right hand man/woman. Should we throw a few names out and discuss or what?? It would be GREAT if we actually hit one!
