has to do with lighting. if your getting a lot of light the leafs can change. i have had some duckweed thats purple.
lol Got me there, though yesterday after the post i looked at some more pictures and noticed a similar leaf pattern as one i have.. and today i looked at my plants and noticed that the purple on some leaves is being replaced with green..
I think that the ones with the purple undersides are the emersed form. Not really sure cause i haven't actually grown them emersed. But I do know that in submersed form they are all green. Atleast from my experience.![]()
