Very nice. The fossils are an especially fun touch. I saw a 40g breeder of the same dimensions at Petco yesterday for only $99.99. It was very tempting at almost half the price of the 40g acrylic tank I've been looking at. :Angel: I'd just need to find a recessed stand that fit...

What kind of filtering do you have on your tank?

Currently just 2 AC 50's. I have an Xp2 sitting around but I want to put this on my 55 gallon that I will be doing soon. I may put it in also to cycle the filter.

I bought that 40 breeder used for $30. It came complete but the componets were pretty cheap ones so I replaced them with stuff I had already had.
 
That looks really nice! I love the fossils, the rams look great and your gourami has good color too... I like the 40 gallon breeder setup too... very nice.

Shadow- That is pool filter sand, aka Silica sand. One 50 lb. bag is all it took to get to it's current level. PFS is hard to find this time of the year, but when spring time comes I'm going to add more and raise some spots in the tank to get a "hill" like effect.

i have sand pool filter thing but idk mine isnt as good looking as urs
 
Great looking tank! I just picked up a 40 breeder myself and can't wait to start it up. Its a great footprint tank....probably my fav of the smaller tanks.

Two Aquarclear 50s for filter. The powerhead is a Zoo Med Powersweep.
