Mafia #21 Cabin Fever- The Play

hmm... Lchap has already pushed my spreadsheet past its design limitations. All the vote switching is weird. Is he just pushing for responses or just nuts?

MGamer's "Are you guys going to take that" is very suspicious. It's almost as though he's trying to get a train started on LChap.

Of course, Ladyg has fallen in line with MGamer...

The plot begins to thicken.

I added a comment to the first cell, Ogre, and listed the votes for reference....

Got it...the madman wins if he (probably with the town's help) offs 13 innocents...

Uhm, let's see, if we banish an innocent every night AND an innocent is hit every night, that means he'll not win till...like day 10 or something...

Night 1: Banish 1 innocent, hit 1 innocent - 12 left
Night 2: Banish 1 innocent - 11 left
Night 3: Banish 1, hit 1 - 9 left
Night 4: Banish 1 - 8 left
Night 5: Banish 1, hit 1 - 6 left....
Night 6: Banish 1 - 5 left

At this point, we still outnumber him 5 to 2, with the Don hanging on the side but knowing who both the Madman and Accomplice are...

Innocents seem to have the vast advantage this game...Hopefully the Detective will have found the Doctor at this point (giving us a communicating team) and at Night 6, there will be 8 players left...which means if no one investigated by the Detective is dead, he'll know one of 2 player is the Madman...if someone he investigates is hit by the madman, or we lose one of our PRs, there will be more uncertainty...but still the town has the clear advantage :)

I do not find this to be the case at all, Lchap.

I would like to know as well rb, its time to start figuring things out.
I have no feel on anyone, because half haven't posted and there has been nothing to go on.
Honestly Ogre I think LC is just trying to rattle cages, but all this vote switching does have me thinking.

Seems to be just a numbers game to me.

The Detective can not reveal their investigations per the rules, the Doc can only protect on Murders, the accomplice is always investigated as Innocent, the Don is investigated as Innocent until night 4, if the Detective reveals the Don, the Madman wins.

So the Madman just sits back and kills nightly, while the Innocents ban nightly. Unless they get lucky and can convince enough folks to pick the same person. No growing evil team, so the Madman/Accomplice can easily blend in. In fact, I see no reason why the accomplice would even do an investigation.

Just seems like a big crap shoot.

Though I suppose, there isn't anything stopping the Doctor from revealing who the Madman is, once the Detective has found both the Doc and the Madman. It would just be how believable they present it.

Never knew Jl was so sweet or funny...usually mean to me.

I have never meant to be mean to you beth, nor anyone on this website for that matter.

thats true Rb, it may seem like the innocents can win, but now that you said it, now it looks harder, almost impossible to find the Madman.

I mean just like you said if the Docotor were to find the Madman, and everyone thought they were evil, then there goes the doctor.

So what if the Docotor reveals the Don? is he innocent until night 4 period, or just in investigations?

I know Jl.... I thought it was really different from your usual lynch me, I am evil stuff. I hope to see more role play though I felt as though I was watching a movie.

Until night 4, the Don, if investigated, shows innocent, but doesn't count in the number of innocents, per the rules. The Detective can't reveal the Don, or the madman goes on a spree. The Don is just an extra body.
