I just finished my 1st book, Saltwater Aquariums by Animal Planet. David E. Boruchowitz wrote it. It was a good read, though I knew most of what I was reading due to all of you.:) I know that I should have read a book or two awhile ago but I do most of my reading online. This book was a xmas gift.

The thing I found the most interesting was in the back of the book it had a few pages of resources, like mags and books and web sites. The 1st web site it listed was Aquaria Central. Hey thats where I go with all my questions. WOW thats cool :grinyes: So thanx for the help with all my questions and thanx for having a great site for us newb's. Even if we ask some dumb questions or the samething twice.

Thanx Chris

No questions are dumb Jag....never think that or not ask something because you think its dumb....The dumb questions are one's that never get asked...

I agree with you, Niko.:)

Have a good time researching.:hi:

I ask alot of dumb questions lol.

We've all been there and as Niko said above there isn't a dumb question. Please don't ever think that. We all still ask questions.

BTW Animal how is the tank going??

I know that all questions are good questions and the only bad question is the one that goes unasked! But I hate having to repost a question because I dont understand a previous answer. But thats what I love about this hobby and forum is that you are constantly learning.

You're right bout the dumb questions. There are no dumb questions. Bad choice of words.

My tank on the other hand is coming along just great. Thanx for asking. Gunna get a clown this weekend. Setting up the QT to run for a lil till I get him/her. Looking to get this Ocellaris clown from a LFS. Its tank raised and just a lil guy. No bigger than an inch. Gunna go slow ya know. Thinking a clown, a chalk basslet, maybe a cardinal fish or a neon goby and some cleaner shrimp. Three fish is all I want. Than I'm gettin some zoas. My wife bought me a small zoa with bout 15 polyps on it last friday. Its green, preaty cool. Its was an early xmas gift that she seen and was cheap, so far so good. Went she gets home with the cam I'll get a pic. The LR is gettin colorful. I tell ya what this MH light just makes the coralline come to life. Best thing I've bought for the tank so far. Still waiting for the RO/DI and a skimmer. Hope I'll have it by the end of next week or so.

Slow and steady is the key.. You'll end up having a more stable system in the long run.. Glad to hear things are going better for you and the tank. Keep us posted.

Ya thats good to hear that everything in your tank is going good. What wattage are your MH?

On a side note my tank cycled Super quick and my clowns of 2 days seem to be settling in quite nicely. I'm quite pleased with it right now. I'm going to a bigger town that has an amazing LFS and I'll swing in there and see what kind of polyps I can pickup. Thanks for all your help Clown-Lover and animalman on getting my tank setup. I would still be wondering what to buy if it wasnt for you guys.
