What aquaic plants do silver dollars do not dare eat?

Ahhhh I seen those at staples center.

Umm.....

My school of silver dollars chowed down on a huge clump of java moss and a small java fern after everyone I talked to said they wouldn't eat it. They're eaten just about every other kind of plant as well. So, I'll go with plastic ones as well.

The key is to find something that is bitter to the taste. that's what deters leaf nibblers. bolbitis, onion bulbs, giant vallisneria (maybe), anubius (maybe), are just some of the things to try. If you can work up the guts to nibble them, let your taste bulbs guide you (heh-heh).

the only plant my silver dollars wouldnt touch was my onion plants. they ate my amazon swords, anubias, java fern, java moss....everything but the onion plants.

X_X I hope i can fool them with my java moss and fern when i eventually get them

The combined thickness of the leaf along with the taste stops them. Try bolbitis or giant val. Let your taste bubs guide you (heh-heh).
