help stocking my 75gal please.

Totally not true. I have severums with Acei, Yellow Labs, and Auratus and they are fine. I have had this same setup in 3 different tanks, and I have NEVER had aggression from Mbuna towards my severums.

I'll rephrase what I wrote... Severums are generally very peaceful by cichlid standards, and mbuna are significantly more aggressive. I've seen severums picked on by some significantly smaller fish.

Whether it worked for you or not, it is not good advice to mix sevs with mbuna.

He is 100% right. Not good advice to mix serverums with mbuna. Its not even good advice to mix americans with africans.

Its true, just becuase it worked out for a while doesnt mean that it wasnt a day away from the mbunas attacking. mbunas ARE more aggressive than severums and will pick on one easidly.

ok. so i will put everything i listed EXCEPT the ahli into the tank. i am planning on having lots of caves and stuff, will fry be able to survive? or do i need to move them into my angel tank for a while?

I would definitely stay away from the Ahli, they are very aggressive and territorial.

dont put fry with angels
even if its tiny.

from aquarium life.net -stripping fry/eggs from the mother fish

Catch the fish in the net and then with your left hand (if you are right handed) hold the fish securely, but not tight, with the head pointed down into the net, remove the fish half of the way out of the water having only it’s gills and mouth in the water

With your right hand using a fingernail or a two (2) inch piece of airline tubing that has been cut diagonally on one side to have a pointed tip, insert either the cut airline tubing or your fingernail into the mouth of the fish just enough to be able to secure a grip on the bottom lip.

Apply gentle pressure to pull the lip down so that the mouth is fully opened. This will cause the eggs or fry to tumble out and into the net. This action may have to be done several times to ensure all the eggs /fry have been removed and to provide the mother fish with a rest by easing her back into the water in the net, but never release your hold on the fish. Once you have ascertained that all the eggs or fry have been released you remove the mother fish from the net and gently place her back into the same tank she came from.

if the eggs stay in moms mouth for 14 days then generally she will carry the brood to full term and will release the fry when they are ready. If you happen to strip mom of eggs after 14 days the embryos are already formed and you stand a much greater chance for the eggs to hatch. Any time an egg has less time in a hatchery it will be better for the egg and for your chance of success.

When the fry emerges from the egg they will have an egg sack on their stomach. Do Not Feed The Fish Until The Egg Sack Is Gone, usually within a week. Once the fry have emerged from the egg and are hopping around they can be moved to a "rearing tank". A rearing tank is a small tank, usually 5 gallon capacity.

what in the event of my current situation not being able to get a rearing tank? could i just keep the fry in the breeder?

alright. also in my 29 gal my guppy fry have been surviving in the plants i have floating at the surface of my tank. could my cichlid fry do the same? (those that don't stay in the net)
