Pictures and a question

You going to put that beuty in the pic of the month contest? That is one good looking eel. I'd hit it.. lol. Awesome tank too! Your girls got fantastic taste.

Sure I will submit to pic of the month. But little concerned what you are doing with that pic :) LOL.

i have a maroon clownfish and a blue damsel, and the clown is definitely the boss! they are the best of friends, as long as the damsel doesn't go in the 'clown corner'. so a clownfish isn't completely out of the question with a damsel.

also, i love that eel too! wish i had a bigger tank..

ha ha, when you got to go, you got to go.

Ah, I did not know English was not his first language so i was really worried. ;)

So would a Ocellaris Clownfish be a good choice with the Damsels? The wife wants Nemo.

Also, LFS said LR was bad idea because it would cause fish to get more diseases so wife purchased the "dead rock"(don't know what to call it). Anyway is that true? and how much Lr or "DR" should you have in a FO tank.

Your LFS worries me more and more and more. No, it isn't true. Proper QT procedures and good husbandry is much better way of avoiding diseases in your tank. If I were to put clowns with damsels I'd probably make it one of the feistier of the clowns such as maroon or tomato.

Thanks Grins.
That just might help me with my other plans. I currently have a 30 gal FW with three gold fish who survived the great Heron attack in my pond this fall. After some modifications to the pond in the spring they will be moving back outside and I was thinking about turning the tank into a Reef Aq. Could put the "Nemo" in there and we would both be happy.

Went to the LFS this weekend and picked up some more rock.

LFS confirmed that my water tests were good and the tank has completed its cycle. I did a 10 gallon water change and a little vacuming of some debir on the bottom. May add more fish next week. Thinking Blue Tang 2-3 and Yellow Tang 1.

Read that adding 1 fish at a time is not good. said others will pick on it too much is 4 too many to add at once?
