Stunning indeed. I've never seen that color on a betta before. :)

When I first read the title of the thread I saw "Stunting Betta" and I immediately thought "How the hell does someone stunt a betta's growth...I I just HAD to come here and find out...and I see not a sickly, stunted betta but a very beautiful one instead. Great looking fish there!
 
He is a beauty. No wonder you couldn't resist him! The yellow fins remind me more of an exploding sun or star.

If that is real color and not changed in any way, which I am sure it is, I would like to put an order in for any offspring that match that pic.
