Hey guys! This is my 10 gallon that I setup with 5 apple snails and 4 zebra danios!

zebra danios are moving like lightening so they kinda blurred the pics :headshake2:

Very nice! What's the substrate? Flourite? Also, how much light is on the tank? Are you using CO2?

They're like that. :grinyes:

Are the plants in the foreground Java Fern? If so, you don't want to bury the rhizome; that could cause it to rot. Best to tie to a rock or driftwood, or let it float on the gravel till it puts its own root down.

I'll look forward to seeing pictures when everything grows in.

Thanks everyone!

umm right now

No Co2
lightening is a starter hood that came with the tank with like 10W on each bulb (2 bulbs)
and substrate is not flourite but eco-complete

I like the dirt look

I have a piece of driftwood that fits perfectly in that tank that I was thinking about attaching the java fern to but there probably would be no space for the danios to swim around

How do I let the java fern float on the ground?

The rhizome is heavier than water, if I recall right. So, just let it sit on the eco-complete and it will throw down it's own roots. They might get moved around in the current, however, so many people use cotton thread to tie them to pieces of rock or wood. By the time the roots have taken hold, the thread will have rotted.
