many of the large aquariums have strikingly similar to real corals and polyps only man made, they scrub them to clean them. as the time goes on the paint fades, what kind of paint do you use to re-paint or touch up plastic or opoxy coral branches ect..????? im attempting phosphate removal media to correct algae growth however need to find marine safe paint or non-leaching paint, lead free i guess to start with??? any suggestions??

marine safe paint "when dried and soaked"

yes, i brought them from thailand, they are fake coral branches, and various stony corals. orange, purple, pink, they look quite real and blend in with other real corals and live rock. some are up to 2 feet long, some in small clusters. when i clean them, it takes a good brushing off in the sink, the brush slowly removes the paint, looking to do touch up paint.

safe to say the asian makers didnt pay much attention to toxicity of paint used on their products anyway.?

Krylon fusion, or epoxy paint. I think epoxy may be a problem on plastic, but I'm pretty sure thhe krylon will work on both (it WILL work on plastic).

Unless your fish are dead, I'm not sure I would say that.
